With over 20 years of small business experience, Patrik brings an array of skills in marketing, design, and business management to the Iron Gryphon team. His prior positions include President of Wallop Design Group, an award-winning marketing and branding firm, where Patrik served as Creative Director and Brand Strategist.  Patrik spearheaded campaigns for a variety of clients including Bank Of America Mortgage, Pacific Union Real Estate, Frank Howard Allen and The Wine Country Group. Other previous clients include Sutter Home Winery, Canine Wine and Dine, and THX among others.

Taking a break from the corporate world, Patrik served as Design Director and Education Specialist under his own brand, Patrik’s Studio. Patrik has won several prestigious design awards including the coveted Saul Bell Award. His work has been featured in magazines and books, and is himself an author and writer. Patrik brings to The Iron Gryphon Group his leaderships skills, strategic vision and big picture thinking.

Steven brings to The Iron Gryphon Group a record of exceptional organization and communications skills. In his 20+ years of project management experience, Steven has developed a proven system to maximize efficiency, delivering projects on time and on budget. Over the last 10 years, Steven served as a Construction Project Manager for Kaiser Permanente, leading 25-30 projects at a time, with an ongoing portfolio of over $30M.
